AI made with ♥ in Europe
Aiformatics is the own brand of Piotr Kucharski — an AI/ML engineer in Kraków. Not a company: a name for the things one person builds. AI agents, the harness that runs them, context engineering, and LLM systems in production.

What I build
Things shipped under this name — each with its own status, stated honestly.
Voice-to-email built solo with AI agents: one engine, one configuration registry, brands per language market.
Websites for one-person businesses: an AI agent interviews the owner and drafts the site, I review it, and the owner edits it themselves.
Profile page (in Polish): experience, selected work, publications, contact.
